Poor workmenship and warranty. (QLD, Loganholme) We built 2 homes with Clarendon, one of them is an investment property built in mid 2017. We were actually happy with Clarendon's service during the pre- and mid-construction stages, but post- construction/warranty is a different story.

Closing thoughts I can absolutely recommend Clarendon Homes. They really do provide excellent customer service, and their reviews online are evident of this. Plus, their display villages are always quite clean with very friendly staff.
